Accommodation options at the Sidney James Mountain Lodge include the main lodge with Club Level Rooms, the Creekside building with Creekside Rooms, and the Courtside building featuring Economy Hotel Rooms parallel to the main lodge. All three buildings provide complete access to the lodge’s amenities, which include:

For those attending the summit who wish to bring their pets, the Sidney James Mountain Lodge is among the few pet-friendly hotels in Gatlinburg. Pet-friendly rooms are available in the Courtside building, and guests are permitted to bring up to 2 pets weighing under 35 lbs each. It’s important to review the lodge’s pet policy, which includes a non-refundable pet fee of $25.00 per night, per pet plus tax. Pets must not be left unattended unless crated, and they are not allowed in food and beverage areas, the lobby, or at the pools, with the exception of guide dogs.

Additionally, pets must remain on a leash in all public or common areas of the hotel, as mandated by Gatlinburg City ordinances. Guests are responsible for any injuries caused by their pets to hotel employees or other guests, as well as for cleaning up after their pets. Failure to register a pet may result in a cleaning fee of $150.00.

Nothing will be charged to the card until the morning of their check in date. At that time the full amount of their stay will be charged to the card on file.

Reservations are subject to a 72-hour cancellation policy. To ensure accommodations attendees must reserve a room at least 30 days prior to the event.

The courtesy block will be frequently monitored for activity, any rooms not picked up 30 days prior to the event will be automatically dropped and returned to general inventory. The rates will remain available, but the accommodations willno longer be guaranteed.
