The 2025 Region One Summit is seeking dedicated volunteers to help ensure the event runs smoothly and successfully. We are looking for individuals to assist in several key areas, including Color Guard, Security, Registration, Final Mission Ceremony, Pre-Set-Up, and After-Take-Down.
Color Guard volunteers will bring energy and showmanship to the event, while Security volunteers will be crucial in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all attendees. Registration volunteers will assist participants with check-in and ensure they get settled. Volunteers for the Final Mission Ceremony will sound the boatswain’s whistle, toll the bell, and carefully fold the STARFLEET flag as the names of the departed are read, presenting the folded flag to the RC.
Pre-Set-Up volunteers will help prepare the venue, while After-Take-Down volunteers will assist with packing up and ensuring the space is left in excellent condition.
